  Not the friendliest bunch, staff seems impatient, and doesn't disclose that international Registered Post WITH SIGNATURE, means they only get the recipient to sign, but does not inform the sender that it has been signed for! Horrible horrible service, same goes for Auspost, you are a shame to the country
